This is the third time I have used Frank for my flooring needs, and this company High Quality flooring is the best. And I must say that Frank our salesman has done a great job each and every time. The installers Frank and Alex were absolutely superb, friendly, neat and efficient, and very knowledgeable, we could not have asked for better service. We are extremely pleased and very satisfied with the great job.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Sam the Salesman from High Quality Flooring. He took the time to answer all of my questions. We were in the process of remodeling our basement and we were on a strict budget. We were in need of finding a handyman to help us with minor repairs and drywall finishing. He was able to refer a friend of his who was also nice and prompt and was very fair in pricing. Sam over the last several weeks checked in on the project and was so generous with his time to answer questions. Sam was not disappointed the first time he came to give an estimate when I explained that I was getting quotes for budgeting purposes. Unlike other companies whose attitudes changed and were just trying to get out as fast as possible. They also tried to pressure me in buying now and today or I was going to loose the deal of a life time. I was so comfortable in dealing with both Sam and Farris (Owner) who was so gracious in helping with a fair price and also financing options. I ended up choosing a really nice super soft high plush carpet. The installers showed up early morning and were done that afternoon. Thank you High Quality flooring for everything.

This was the most stress-free home improvement project ever. We changed our entire first floor from carpet to vinyl click and lock planks. One day, on time, professional, all the good things. I got home and if did not know that there was carpet there when I left that morning, I would have never guessed that my home had just underwent a major transformation in one day. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Sam did our in home consultation. Great guy. My floors are beautiful!!! 😍

We recently had carpet installed by High Quality Flooring, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We chose the Monte Carlo carpet, and WOW—what a difference! The quality is outstanding. It’s thick, plush, and incredibly comfortable underfoot. You can truly feel the luxury in every step.

What impressed us even more was their attention to detail. We had the carpet installed on our outdoor patio, including the steps—and they handled it with precision and care. They didn’t just stop at laying down the carpet; they also installed beautiful baseboards, painted them to match perfectly, and even trimmed our doors so they wouldn’t drag over the thicker carpet. It’s that kind of thoughtful, full-service approach that sets them apart.

A special shoutout to Faris, our sales rep, who was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to guide us through the options, gave great advice, and made sure we were 100% happy with the final result.

Frank and the Quality Flooring team were phenomenal from start to finish. The White Oak Hardwood floors are absolutely stunning! I couldn't be happier. I just stand back and stare at them.

There was no high power sales tactics or newly invented deals to get me to move immediately. Everyone from sales to the installers, Frank who oversaw the project to Faris in the office was nothing but professional, respectful and kind.

Each one was knowledgeable in their area of expertise and dealt with me with honesty and integrity. They listened to want I wanted and injected best practices when appropriate which helped tremendously with my final choices.
It was a breath of fresh air doing business with a Company that is knowledgeable in the craft, is straightforward, upfront and honest in their business dealings.

We worked closely with Mark to get our flooring reviewed and to have an estimate. He was amazing and was able to get everything estimated very quickly and we were able to work something out to get our hardwood floors replaced. My hardwood floors look amazing now, and the entire process was easy to go through. Frank did a great job at communicating what was happening, and also was there for any questions we had. The entire project two only 2 days but everything was completed with care, and I am very happy with the results.

Really happy with the quality of work. High Quality Flooring delivered exactly what was promised and the results exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair and I definitely feel I got good value for my money.
The only area for improvement would be punctuality as they ran a bit behind schedule. But honestly, the quality of the final work made it worth the wait. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others looking for solid work at a reasonable price.

I recently had my stairs and banister replaced with hardwood and iron spindles by High Quality Flooring. Everything came out absolutely beautiful!! I am very pleased with the quality of work. Most of all I appreciate working with Frank because he listens and takes care of any issues that may arise without hesitation as promised. I highly recommend their services.

I had my entire home’s flooring (including the stairs) replaced with LVP flooring. Exquisite work!! Excellent job with installation and the floors are absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend High Quality Flooring. The customer service is also awesome.

High Quality Flooring was excellent experience from beginning to end! Sam was very knowledgeable and got me scheduled quickly. The workers were nice efficient and finished the work quickly. My floors look amazing. I also had a financial hiccup and the management was very understanding until resolved. Sanded and Stained.

I would highly recommend High Quality Flooring for all your flooring needs. I met the owner when he came to my house to look at the old hardwood flooring that lived under several layers of flooring and subfloors. We decided the best option was to cover it due to extensive damage. I went to his showroom a few days later and was personally greeted by Frank and his kind staff. I was able to pick out the flooring I wanted and have it installed the very next day! All in all a wonderful experience and within my tight budget! I wanted to thank you guys so much for the beautiful work you guys did at my home. We love it and can't stop showing pictures to our family and friends. I highly recommend High Quality Flooring.
